The truth is, most of the nutrition and fitness advice out there wasn’t made with postpartum moms in mind. After everything your body’s been through, you need a plan that meets you where you are now.
My name is Sydney, and I’m a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with a bachelor’s degree in dietetics (and soon to be master’s degree). More importantly, I’m a mom of two who’s been exactly where you are.
When I had my first baby, I thought I’d “bounce back.” I was a type-A go-getter with a degree in nutrition and a love for exercise. I should’ve been able to figure it out, right?
But postpartum hit me like a truck. After an unexpected C-section and rough recovery, I felt exhausted, weak, and like a stranger in my own body.
And the worst part? I felt like there was no real, practical support out there for new moms. Sure, you get pamphlets that tell you to “eat healthy”, but no one tells you what that actually looks like in the trenches of motherhood.
So I created what I couldn’t find.
After months of research, trial and error on myself, and working with my first postpartum clients, I built a realistic, science-backed program that supports recovery and helps you feel strong, energized, and like you again. Without crash dieting, sacrificing your milk supply, or feeling pressured to do it all.
